Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use di-doors.eu or send an enquiry to DI Doors – DI Vrata d.o.o.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is DI Doors – DI Vrata d.o.o., Mokro b.b., Široki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, tax identification number (JIB): 4272517490002.
For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, contact info@di-doors.eu or call +387 39 709937.
2. What data do we process?
When you submit an enquiry, we process the information entered in the form: your name, email address, telephone number and subject where requested, and the content of your message. The message also identifies the page from which it was sent. The same information may form part of our correspondence if you contact us directly by email or telephone.
Visits to the website also involve data needed for its operation and security, such as your IP address, access time, requested page and browser information. A derived IP identifier and submission timestamps are used to prevent misuse of the forms.
Please do not include sensitive information or other people's personal data unless necessary for your enquiry.
3. Why do we use your data, and on what basis?
We use enquiry data to answer questions, prepare quotations, discuss products and services, and continue the relevant correspondence. For quotations or agreements you request, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract. Other enquiries and website security are handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to communications and preventing misuse.
Where business records must be retained by law, processing is based on that legal obligation. If a particular activity is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. Without the information marked as required, we cannot accept the form or respond to the enquiry. The contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, or carry out profiling for such decisions.
4. Who may access your data?
Messages are delivered to our business email address and are not published on the website. Access may be given to people handling enquiries and authorised service providers supporting the website and business email, to the extent needed for those purposes. We may disclose information to competent authorities where required by law.
5. How long is data retained?
Retention depends on the purpose and content of the correspondence. Enquiries and related messages are retained while needed to respond and complete the relevant discussions. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, relevant documents are subject to statutory retention periods and periods necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Security-log retention is determined by the need to prevent and investigate misuse, together with maintenance and backup arrangements. You may contact us by email for information about retention of your particular enquiry.
6. Cookies and maps
The website uses functional cookies to adapt the display to your screen and security cookies when submitting a form. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent form submissions. Website analytics tools and advertising pixels are not enabled on this website.
The Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map that loads automatically. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and browser information and use its own cookies. Processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and may take place outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. To avoid loading the map, you can contact us directly by email or telephone.
7. Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where the legal conditions are met, you also have rights to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Send requests to info@di-doors.eu. To protect your data, we may request reasonable proof of identity. We will respond within the statutory period, normally 30 days, and inform you of any permitted extension and its reasons.
If you believe your information is being processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whether or not you have first contacted us.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the operation of the website or applicable rules change. The current version and last updated date are available on this page.
